With deep regrets I inform you that our friend Prakash (Naik) passed away yesterday. He was diagnosed with a somewhat rare lung ailment earlier this year. They were able to prescribe no medication for it and a lung transplant was being suggested. He appeared to be doing quite well and was attending work very normally till last Monday when he was taken down by pneumonia and never recovered from it. Nagesh and I visited him in the hospital but he was pretty much in an induced sleep most of the time.Regards,Subbu
