Having a sarcastic bestie is like having constant entertainment at your fingertips. If you have that one friend who always makes you laugh and loves you with all their heart yet never misses an opportunity to crack a joke at your expense, this listicle's definitely for you!
1. You always have someone around who will tell you to stop being such a pretentious b***h.
If you're freaking out about something or acting like you're above everyone else, your bestie will always be around to pull you back to Earth with a smart sarcastic quip and bring you back in line.
2. The two of you can joke about absolutely anything under the planet.
Nothing is off limits with the two of you because you know neither of you are weak enough to get easily offended or create a big deal out of nothing. Years of hanging out with each other has made you both immune to each other's quips.
3. They won't shy away from pointing out when you're being the worst.
Your bestie won't stop themselves from telling you when you're being whiny or when you're overreacting about something. They're the ones who always encourage you to do better albeit their methods might not be the most conventional.
4. Their constant one-liners have made you immune to other people's mean comments.
Other people can say whatever they want to your face or behind your back and it won't make a difference to you because your bestie's dished it all out. Besides who gives a damn about others anyway?
5. You can totally be yourself around them.
You don't need to pretend to be someone else or all prim and proper because your best friend would never judge you. You can say whatever you want without having to think twice about hurting their feelings because that's what they expect of you.
6. They will never get awkwardly mushy with you.

They will always be there with a funny quote or sarcastic comment when you're bored out of your mind. They're like your own personal stand-up comedian always there to entertain to you.
8. You never really get in to any 'real' fights.
Your fights usually involved throwing inane, sarcastic punches at each other that don't really harm anybody. Even when you'll do get into a fight it doesn't last really long because neither of you'll are the type to be easily offended.
9. Even though they're always joking around, they know when to cut it out and be there for you.
Yes, your friend is always sarcastic and joking around but when you do need them, they've always got your back. The know how to grow up and act mature from time to time although it's extremely rare that this might happen.
