I read with interest pages forwarded from the book. Well the decision by BC jain to return back was his personal belief and I am sure he did research in India with a free hand . Nothing is better than doing the best in his own country . As for as I know , his passion for alternate energy brought him success as an international figure in this alternate energy . India needed him more than other country .
Just to tell people, India in 70's was not that bad in employment or salary for good students like him and today indian company's pay as good as any multinationals to attract talents. As a HR consultants for polymer Industry, i definitely say that Indian industry is ready to attract the best at any cost. BC's decision to return back to india after graduating in MIT was a good move and I am sure he is enjoying the fruits of this decision.
My best wishes to him.
