FW: [bitsremembers] Let us not start new groups

Suraj - I am sorry about the confusion. The idea was to access those who are neither on whatsapp nor on bitsremembers, with a view to ensure that we do not leave out some of our classmates by default. I assume that there has been unnecessary duplication in some cases. Pl ignore the invite if you are already on bitsremembers or whatsapp groups.

To all classmates on the bitsremembers group – pl ignore the new invite if you are already on this group or on whatsapp GJ group.

I agree with surya on this. Let us not have too many groups . Bitsremembers group created by Deepak Manchanda and what's up group for Golden jubilee will be sufficient as many may miss receiving messages if you have more groups. BC , let this new group be stopped for forthwith. Ram

Dear Bhag Chand

I am a member in the Bitsremembers group.  Now there is a request to join a new Google roup on Golden Jubilee 2016.  This is redundant as there is already a whats app group for the golden jubilee meet.  Let us not create multiple groups.  Mesages relating to Golden Jubilee Meet can be sent on Bitsremembers.

Oak this applies also to your invite on Alumni Connect.  You have my email id and you can always reach me and others on Bits remembers.

Regards

Surya
