We're all well-versed with what IQ is - Intelligence Quotient - but how many of us know about EI or Emotional Intelligence.
Well, Emotional Intelligence is about being aware of our own emotions as well as those of others. It is the capability of handling interpersonal relationships judiciously and with empathy. A higher IQ is futile if you're low on EI, because having higher EI shows that you're a human and not a robot.
