[bitsremembers] Fwd: Announcing the BITSAA Paper Publication Assistance Awards

Hi classmates!

In case you have not seen this already, here is the announcement about the award of financial assistance for technical paper publication sponsored by our class for the past year.

As you may know, with the endowment we have created, we sponsor several student-centric activities at the alma mater to encourage research and to promote real life problem solving. There are 3 facets to this:

1. One semester scholarship for a female student of 2nd year. See the list of past award winners:

2. Awards at Apogee for outstanding projects/papers. I am currently working with BITS Pilani Students Union to organize this year's events. See the winners lists from previous years:

Dear BITSian,

About the award: The Paper Publication Assistance Awards are aimed to help and recognise young students publishing outstanding research papers. The award is intended to encourage more research contributions from all the BITS Campuses. We would like to thank the Batch of 1966-1971 for sponsoring this award.
