I think we should spend more time in Pilani.We could visit another place in Rajasthan rather than Delhi or Jaipur.One would have been to these places.Visiting some interior village in Tajasthan could be more interesting.This would make us see interior Rajasthan.I would suggest around 1st week or 2nd week of November when the weather should be pleasant and not the peak of travel periodAfter 3rd week of November it would be wedding period and number of us may have social commitment.Let us plan it earlier.If necessary let me know so that I could try to check which place could accommodate all of us.
